  • ACHA maintains only the license to display shared content within the closed Clubhouse community.

6. Member Conduct & Responsibility

  • No screenshots, screen recordings, or redistribution of Clubhouse material

  • Respectful and lawful sharing of photos, particularly wildlife and firearms-related images

Violation may result in membership suspension or removal.

Our website and Clubhouse platform may use trusted third-party platforms for secure hosting and communication. These providers do not have permission to use member data beyond their service function.

8. Access, Correction & Removal Requests

Members may request to:

  • Update or correct personal information

  • Request deletion of account data (subject to membership records laws)
